To promote traditional Chinese opera, Centaline Property and Centaline Club launched their first Parent-Child Chinese Opera Workshop in February. Members had the chance to bring their children to receive professional guidance at the Academy of Performing Arts’ School of Chinese Opera, allowing them to experience opera culture up close. On the day, children dressed in traditional costumes, learned hand gestures, speech delivery and movements together with parents, and wielded props — finding it all novel and exciting. The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback!
Due to overwhelming registration demand last time and many disappointed applicants, Centaline Club is specially adding one more session! This time the theme is the well-loved classic ", using the captivating Journey to the West story to gently introduce children to the world of intangible cultural heritage. The Story
The White Bone Demon schemes to make Tang Monk misunderstand Sun Wukong, leading to his expulsion from the group. Back on Flower-Fruit Mountain, although surrounded by his monkey subjects and lively companions, Wukong’s heart remains with his Master. After Wukong leaves, the White Bone Demon captures Tang Monk. Fortunately, Zhu Bajie escapes in time and rushes to Flower-Fruit Mountain to beg Wukong to return and rescue them…
