Organised by Fung Cheung Hung Troupe –Hua Mulan is a classic story introduced in China over thousand years ago, and it was reformed and played in Cantonese Opera over decades. Mulan is a determined lady who volunteered to join the army to avoid her father being conscripted. Mulan dressed and act like a man during her time in army force. The play is reformed into different form including movies ,comics and TV series.
In 2016, Fung Cheung Hung Troupe performed Hua Mulan and it was a great success .This year the troupe is going to perform again! This time ,they are going to present the opera in new methods, audiences will have a chance experiencing the excitement again with the new stage design and music performance. Mr. Addy Wong, Founder Chairman of Centaline Club, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer – Asia Pacific, Centaline Property, shared the joy of this fantastic opera with our committee & members, inviting them to this wonderful Cantonese opera performance.
