2017 World Master Chef Competition for Cantonese Cuisine
Centaline Club has sponsored the “2017 World Master Chef Competition for Cantonese Cuisine” which aims at promoting Cantonese cuisine culture.
The competition provided an exchange platform to uplift the standard of Cantonese Cuisine, enhance industry and community knowledge. Mrs Carrie Lam, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Mr Clement Choi, Vice Chairman of Centaline Club, visited the candidates on the second day of the competition.
As an event sponsor, Committee of Centaline Club and Committee of Centaline Eagle Club attended the award presentation ceremony to support the candidates too.
