Miyakonojo of Miyazaki Prefecture is known as the 'meat town' and has the largest number of Wagyu cattle in Japan and has some of the best Wagyu cattle breeding techniques in the country. Here, the Ouka Farm only produces about 100 Ouka wagyu cattle per year, to ensure the best quality of their cattle. This time, Centaline Club collaborates with Miyazaki Niku Honpo (Hong Kong), which is the first overseas store of the brand, to provide special privilege to our members.
Combining the essence of both its branch and sister brand, Miyazaki Niku Honpo (Hong Kong) presents premium A5 Ouka Beef yakiniku sets to meat connoisseurs. The restaurant exclusively imports full cattle including some of the rarest cuts, from the award-winning Ouka Farm every month. Savour 10 parts of Ouka Beef at once, rediscovering flavours of A5 wagyu. Miyazaki Niku Honpo (Hong Kong) is located in the heart of Causeway Bay, a Ginza-style commercial building "Sugar+", with a view of the Victoria Harbour. The Japanese-style wooden atmosphere is matched with tatami seating, and several semi-open room are specially set up to enjoy the Japanese-style Wagyu beef dinner while enjoying the night view.
