From now until 31 August 2025, members of Centaline Property APP and Centaline Club shall enjoy a HK$200 rental rebate by entering corresponding [Invitation Code] when registering a NEW account in the RentSmart APP and paying rent by HKD with a Mastercard or UnionPay credit card. The HK$200 rental rebate is divided into two parts:
a) The first HK$100 will be credited to the account after successfully registering a NEW RentSmart APP account and can be deducted from a single rental transaction of HK$8,000 or more via Mastercard or UnionPay credit card.
b) After completing the first transaction, RentSmart will send two HK$50 rental rebate codes via email, which could be used separately.
