Centaline Red Pocket Redemption Details:
Eligibility: Centaline Property and Centaline Club Members
Quota: 100 participants (across all promotional platforms)
Benefit: Two packs of red pocket, each containing ten pockets

3. Room 701, 7/F, Tower 1, New World Tower, No. 18 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong
Notes:
- Each member may register only once. Red pockets are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- The number of red pockets at each location is limited. Members may be directed to alternative locations for redemption, subject to Centaline Property's final decision.
Online Registration
Online registration will start from 12nn on 22 January 2026 to 6pm on 26 January 2026, via an online form (Google Form). The form will be opened during the aforementioned period. There will be no telephone reservations and red pockets are limited in quantity, first come first served, while stocks last.
Note:
1. The “Name” and “Mobile Number” submitted during registration must match your existing Centaline Club Membership details.
2. Please have your Centaline Club “Membership Number” ready in advance to facilitate smooth completion of the registration form. (Your membership number can be retrieved by logging into the Centaline Club app or website.)
Registration Result Notification
Only members who have been successfully assigned with red pockets will receive confirmation via email between 29 and 30 January 2026. No telephone notifications will be issued.
Members who have not received notification by this time are not able to redeem red pockets.
Red Pocket Collection
Redemption details and confirmation number will be sent via email. Members must collect their red pockets at their chosen location; collection at other venues will not be accepted (unless otherwise arranged by Centaline). Upon collection, members must provide their confirmation number and mobile phone number for identity verification.
