Whats is Centa-WindowView?
"Centa-WindowView" is an innovative visualization tool developed by CentaMap. It combines the Lands Department's Hong Kong 3D Digital Map "Open3Dhk" with Centaline's property market big data to provide users with an immersive, photorealistic simulation of a unit's external view. This technology instantly elevates the property search experience. One of the core data sources for this product is the Lands Department's 3D Digital Map covering the whole of Hong Kong. This map provides high-precision urban 3D models, including building shapes, heights, terrain, and surrounding environments, laying a solid geospatial foundation for 3D view simulation. On this basis, "Centaline Window View" integrates the unit orientation data from Centamap, as well as property framework and floorplan information from Centaline's big data repository. Through the fusion of these three datasets, the system can simulate the field of view from each individual unit and generate that unit's unique window view within a 3D environment.
